“A very nice rep, Cody, came out. They agreed to help us. We decided to replace a few other windows along with the eyebrow window.”

“They came out, measured the window(s), and had the eyebrow window custom-made. It was at least $2,500 just for that window. The price of all of it was very reasonable, and they offered no interest financing.”

Rotten Framing Issues Arise

“When the installation day came, we ran into a big problem. The frame was so rotted that the window could not be mounted. The window would not fit unless they reframed the custom window.”
Doug, the Vice President of Exterior Pros, met with Jaime and offered a couple of options.
One option was a new roof, and the other was a custom window frame. Jamie and Paul weighed their options, considering all the latest information.
“Doug offered two options. One included redoing my entire roof! The roof was old and was within five years of really needing replacement. This would mean closing the hole where the window was. If we just closed the hole, it would need new shingles in that spot and would not match the surrounding old shingles.”
Jaime and Paul had made their decision. They wanted to go ahead and have the roof replaced.
“The cost of the custom window frame had us going with the new roof.”
